By accessing or using TripleAI's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

TripleAI provides AI automation services, including but not limited to: • WhatsApp and multi-channel AI chatbots for customer engagement. • CRM integrations with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho. • Custom workflow automation using AI-driven pipelines. • Analytics dashboards and lead management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for: • Safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access the Services. • All activities that occur under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

The Services and their original content (including but not limited to source code, designs, algorithms, documentation, and branding) are the exclusive property of TripleAI and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom AI systems and workflows developed for your business remain TripleAI's intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in a written Enterprise agreement. You retain ownership of all your business data processed through our systems.

You agree not to use the Services to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Send spam, phishing messages, or any unsolicited communications. • Impersonate another person or entity. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our systems. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services. • Use the AI systems to generate harmful, discriminatory, or misleading content.

Paid Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan. Unless otherwise specified: • Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. • Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. • Enterprise pricing is governed by individual contracts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripleAI and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. • Any damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services. • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
